I did it! I ran 10km today and it took me 63 minutes - considering that I included a brisk walking “break” of four minutes I think that is a great time for my first 10km run. And considering that I was hardly able to run 20 minutes straight in April when I started running (barely three months ago!) I’m very proud of myself. This was my protein-packed lunch afterwards: pancakes made of bananas, cottage cheese, oats and an egg adapted from this recipe.
